Best of CAMA Results

The first-ever Best of CAMA virtual event was a success. Congrats to Mary Thornley for a job well done as always. A big congrats to Crystal McKay and Andrew Campbell, who hosted the Virtual event and did a great job making us feel like we were right there with them. 

We are sad to say that The Impact Farming Show did not win for our category, however, that is A-OK. Awards are the cherry on top. To me, Best of CAMA is all about the people. Once a year, we dress up, catch up on the year gone by, and celebrate each other's achievements. I have been in a few industries throughout my career, and nothing will ever compare with the Best of CAMA Gala and the fantastic group of people.

A big congrats go out to Linda Tityk for being selected as the 2020 Agri-Marketer of the year and to Brenda Trask for her CAMA Lifetime Achievement Award. Both of these ladies are pillars in our community, and I know everyone was proudly celebrating along with them as they received these much-deserved awards and accolades. Congrats ladies!!

Alas, another Best of CAMA has come and gone. I am excited for the next time we can all gather again in person. Until then, I know that everyone will be busy bringing their A-game to create the best of all things Canadian agriculture marketing.
